I have been using Dockside Personnel for over 4 years now for ad-hoc projects and I have found each time I have used them they seem to manage to send me the right person for the right job. The people they have on their books are bright, smart and forward thinkers! I have used other agencies before and seem to get people that are just there because they have to be but Dockside Personnel Temporary Staff care about the project they are working on and it shows. They are good value for money and I would have no hesitations in recommending them to anyone who is looking for hard working Temporary or even Permanent Staff.
We have been using the services of Dockside Personnel since November 2009 and in this time we have found them quick and easy to book good staff and with the minimum of hassle. If our requirements have changed at the last minute they have been very accommodating and always go that extra mile to supply staff to meet our needs and expectations. Their staff are generally willing, well presented hard working people and helpful. On the odd occasion as member of staff was not suitable a replacement was quickly arranged. Dockside provide a friendly good quality service whilst still providing a good value service and we would be happy to recommend their services.

Dockside provide us with a First Class service, we have a very attentive account manager who will always make sure our bookings are filled, when we are using upwards of 100 temps a day we need to be able to rely on people turning up Rates are very competitive and staff are managed well, there is zero tolerance on lateness and no shows and any poorly performing workers are quickly replacedp>
